RISQUE Back Office offers Straight Through Processing capability for all Securities and OTC deals. With the same database being shared by Front, Middle and Back Offices, RISQUE Back Office streamlines trading business, using automatic deal processing from the receipt of electronic tickets right through to the posting of accounting entries. Based on reliability and scalability principles provided by distributed architecture, RISQUE Back Office is able to support the most voluminous securities trading activity. To cover every specific requirements, the product has been designed in five flexible functional modules, so users can tailor their own Back Office system to suit their particular needs.N.B: The five modules include full audit on market data, products, deals and third parties’ static data as well as high security features.
BO Kernel ensures a complete workflow management and triggers all RISQUE Back Office engines. Its flexibility allows you to automatically manage statuses and events throughout the full lifecycle of all trades between Front Office and Back Office. Prior to production and transmission of messages, you can review and validate upcoming payments and receipts.
BO Confirmations & Payments
Multiple third parties of a trade are notified through the delivery of several simultaneous confirmation and payment messages to counterparties, depositaries, brokers, clearing agents and all other parties.
BO Settlement
BO Settlement generates messages and, above all enables you to integrate all incoming messages, to update internal statuses and to generate appropriate accounting entries at real settlement dates. It ensures a full parameterisation of workflows for deal statuses and events. You can create as many user-tailored GUIs as they require for complex settlement follow-up. Thanks to real-time electronic exchange with depositaries and clearing agents, you can manage stock/cash positions within each clearing house.
BO Accounting
BO Accounting completes RISQUE’s Straight Through Processing offer. It enables you to automatically integrate accounting entries into the General Ledger at real settlement date, thanks to links with payment and settlement engines. It also provides the necessary support for Marked-to-Market revaluations, and handles a broad range of corporate actions.
